Really good Hospitality and Meticulous Attention

careful selection high training amazing job

My stay were lovely. I were greeted with very nice hospitality upon arrival. Staff have clearly undergone careful selection and high training to ensure top service. The management team deserves congratulations as they are doing amazing job. Personnel at reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and gardening always looked happy and ready to assist. I particularly loved the cocktail on the bar terrace as sun sets behind the Indian ocean.

Some items at dinner were not included in my half board package, a fact I found out when the bill came.

The gym includes ample equipment for various workouts, like treadmills and stationary bikes. The swimming pool provides relaxation with many loungers and shaded spots. The hotel also arranged a boat trip for swimming with dolphins and snorkeling with turtles.

Every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful . The restaurant staff gave assistance with wine and cocktails. Reception team members addressed my needs and questions. The hotel staff made arrangements for activities.

The Junior Suite Bathtub I stayed in was spacious and well furnished. The cleanliness of room were excellent. The bathroom included two separate sinks. The shower size were good with a rainfall shower.

The staff was cute and helpful. This made arrival smooth.

Our room faced the back and had no view. we were charged extra for drinks at dinner, even water. I felt this was sneaky. the live music was also not very good

The hotel had a wonderful, cozy feel to it. the staff provided service with attention to detail. i especially enjoyed the really good food. Every meal burst with flavor. my room had lovely furnishings and felt spacious.
